Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or a small screen.
The standard we follow
We design and test the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. In practice, that means:
- every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- text and buttons meet AA colour contrast
- images and icons have text alternatives, or are hidden from screen readers when decorative
- forms have clear labels and say what went wrong when something is missing
- the AI Readiness Index moves focus to each new question, so screen readers announce it
- animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion
- pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens
Known limitations
- The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, and its accessibility depends on their service. If you have trouble with it, use the contact form or email us and we will arrange a time with you directly.
- Video content will include captions when it is published.
Feedback
If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us at info@theexpertcommunity.com. Include the page address and what happened, and we will reply within five business days.
