These terms apply when you use enterprise.theexpertcommunity.com (the “site”), which is run by The Expert Community Inc. (“TEC”, “we”, “us”), 608, Sector 82, JLPL Industrial Area, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 140306, India.

Our engagements are covered by a separate agreement
Any consulting, implementation or other services we provide are governed by a signed proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Prices on the site are indicative until confirmed in writing.

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, tools and the TEC name and logo, belong to TEC or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes and quote short extracts with a link to the source. Any other use needs our written permission.

The site links to other websites and uses third-party services such as the booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Our liability
We provide the site “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be settled by arbitration seated in Chandigarh, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection laws of the country where you live.
