Diagnose, prove, then scale.
Three stages, each measured against your numbers. Each has a fixed scope and price, ends with something you can use, and ends with a decision that is yours.
Timeline
Diagnose
We look at how you win customers and how work gets done: your funnel, systems, data and team.
- Engagement
- Growth & Operations Diagnostic
- Length
- 2 weeks
Related: All four capabilities
What happens
- Interviews with leadership and the people closest to the work
- A map of your funnel, systems and data
- Your baseline: the numbers we will be judged on
- Changes ranked by value, effort and risk, including where AI fits and where it does not
What you get
- Your baseline, agreed in writing
- Where leads and hours are being lost
- The top changes, ranked by value and effort
- A 90-day plan your leadership can approve
Then you decideWhether to fund the first change.
Prove
We make the highest-value change, inside the tools your team already uses, and measure it.
- Engagement
- A sprint: AI Pilot-to-Production, Growth or Automation
- Length
- 6 to 8 weeks
Related: AI Implementation & Automation
What happens
- We confirm the baseline before we change anything
- We build the change into your existing tools and systems
- We measure the same numbers every week, and you see them when we do
- We train the team that will run it
What you get
- One change live, not a slide deck
- Results measured against the baseline
- Your team trained to run it
- Documentation and a runbook
Then you decideScale it, change it, or stop.
Scale
We roll out what works and keep improving it.
- Engagement
- Monthly, with a fixed scope each month
- Length
- Ongoing
Related: All four capabilities
What happens
- The next changes, in order of payback
- Marketing, systems and AI working together
- Adoption tracked team by team
- A monthly review of results with you
What you get
- More changes live, each measured
- A usage policy and governance for AI
- A one-page monthly report against your baseline
Then you decideEvery month: keep going, adjust, or stop.
Three promises
What we commit to on every engagement.
- 01
Fixed scope and price, in writing, before we start.
- 02
The senior people you meet do the work.
- 03
If it doesn't pay, we tell you, and we stop.
Questions
Questions about how we work.
Do we have to commit to all three stages?
No. Each stage has its own fixed scope and price. You decide at the end of each one whether to continue.
Can we skip the diagnostic?
If you already know the change you want and can measure a baseline, yes. We run a short scoping check first, so the sprint starts from facts.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
A sponsor who can make decisions, and a few hours a week from the people who do the work today. We do the analysis and the build.
Who will we work with?
The senior people you meet on the first call. We name every person on your engagement in the proposal, before you sign.
What does it cost?
Every engagement has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. The Diagnostic is a fixed fee, credited to your project if you go ahead. Projects are priced on scope, so you know the number before any work begins.
Talk it through in 30 minutes.
You speak with a senior partner, not a salesperson, and get a written summary afterwards, whether or not you hire us.
